Mission :
To promote the position of technical contractors as providers
of energy services in the deregulated energy markets by:
- contributing to the legislative process of the future energy services directive;
- examining certification and qualification requirements of energy service
providers;
- exchanging information on national strategies for the promotion of technical
contractors;
- considering contractual and legal problems in the liberalised markets
ENERGY PERFORMANCE OF BUILDINGS
Chairman
Mission :
- Scanning the EPB directive to identify areas for which
a joint approach is desirable;
- Monitoring the CEN standardisation activities and providing
recommendations to the GCI-UICP representative;
- Monitoring and exchanging information on the national implementation
;
- Providing recommendations to the CEETB representatives
on the EU Energy Demand Management Committee
